Membership Requirements
To become a member of the Association, applicants need to have the following prerequisites:
- Completion of Certificate IV in Equine Dentistry or equivalent
- Have excellent practical skills in horse handling
- Relevant employment history – at least 1 year in employment handling horses
- Work history – at least 2 years in full-time employment
- Drivers licence
- Attributes suitable to work as an equine dental technician
