I started horse dentistry in 1986, training with my father, Bill Barrow, who had practised for over thirty years and was one of the most respected horse dentists of his time. The old fashioned attention to detail has stood me in good stead to this day.

It has been enjoyable to watch the industry grow, through my long association with the EDAA and my own practice. As people become more aware of the importance of equine dentistry I’ve seen the routine servicing I provide working and I am seeing less problem cases which is very pleasing.
